Terms & Conditions — Atelier Rose
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atelier Rose mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Atelier Rose provides AI-assisted interior design guidance, product suggestions, layout ideas, and related tools. The Service is for personal, non-commercial home design inspiration unless you subscribe to a plan that expressly allows broader use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your profile details up to date.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age of digital consent required in your region, to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children under 13.
Some features (including cross-device sync and full studio access) may require a verified email address.
3. Credits and purchases
AI features may consume credits. Intro and purchased credits, subscriptions, and refunds are described in the app and are fulfilled through the applicable app store and our billing systems. Prices are set in the store. Manage, cancel, or change subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass billing or security, upload unlawful content, or infringe others’ rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI output
Suggestions, layouts, and product ideas are generated with AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for inspiration; verify measurements, safety, and purchases yourself.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. Material updates may require re-acceptance in the app.
